How long does a project usually take?
One-pagers in about 2 hours. Full sites in 6 hours. Custom builds in around 3 days. I’m not a typical studio — I work alongside Claude (Anthropic’s AI), which means I move at a pace traditional agencies can’t match. Same craft, a fraction of the time.
What does the process look like?
Free 20-minute call, then a written proposal with fixed price and timeline. Once you say go: discovery week, design rounds, build, launch. You see real progress every Friday.
Do I own the site once it’s built?
Yes — code, design files, hosting, domain. All of it. I hand you the keys at launch. No platform lock-in.
I don’t have a logo or copy yet — is that a problem?
Not at all. Brand and copy work can be bundled in. If you already have an in-house brand or a copywriter you love, I happily plug into that instead.
Can you fix or rebuild an existing site?
Yes. About half my work is rescues — slow, broken, or built on something that no longer fits the business. I’ll audit it free and tell you honestly whether to fix or rebuild.
Why hire you instead of an agency?
You talk to the person doing the work. Faster decisions, no account-management tax, no juniors learning on your dime. And I’m AI-augmented end-to-end — what takes an agency six weeks I can ship in a day. You’re not paying for slow.
Do you offer payment plans?
Standard split is 50% to start, 50% on launch. For larger builds I’ll break it across milestones — happy to work to whatever fits your cashflow.
